I think reflective practice is the heart of continuing to grow. As I prepared to officiate my last ceremony of 2019, I was reminded that I continue to do this “job” with joy and purpose. I’m in the midst of the stress of being on the “front line” and sometimes work alongside couples who have great and special needs. Yes, I am in the thick of things and it is not a flippant remark to believe that joy is an essential part of my work. This is the most important thing I can do – be joyful and keep my focus on a defined purpose! Look forward to serving you in 2020 !
